When workers get paid

A worker's gift card is issued automatically the moment a referral is accepted, not when the job is finished. It usually arrives within seconds, as a text with a link to redeem it.

The amount is set by the host company and is the same for every accepted referral in that program. Some programs set the worker reward to zero, in which case only the business owner is paid.

If the referral is declined, no gift card is issued.
