TrolleyReferral is a referral rewards program for home-service companies. A company, say a restoration contractor, invites the trade businesses it already works with (plumbers, HVAC techs, roofers) and pays them for sending customers its way.

What makes it different is that two people get paid for every referral, not one. The technician who was standing in the customer's kitchen and made the recommendation gets a gift card as soon as the referral is accepted. The owner of that technician's company gets a larger payout once the referred job is finished and paid. The tech has a reason to remember, and the owner has a reason to keep the partnership going.
