How the wallet works

The host company funds a prepaid wallet by card. Gift cards and digital owner payouts are drawn from that wallet.

Rewards are paid out at face value. The platform doesn't take a percentage of the reward. A card processing fee is added on top when topping up, shown as a separate line so it's clear what's what. The wallet is credited the amount you topped up, not the amount including the fee.

The wallet can auto-refill when it runs low, so a reward is never blocked for lack of funds.

If the balance is too low when a referral is accepted, the acceptance still goes through. The reward is held, and the company is alerted to top up. Once they do, the held reward is sent.
