What the subscription covers

The platform is paid for by a monthly subscription, separate from the reward money in the wallet. The subscription tier controls how many partner businesses a program can have and which advanced features are unlocked.

Reward money is separate: it goes into the prepaid wallet and is paid out to workers and owners at face value.

If a program reaches its limit on partner businesses, the tier needs to be upgraded before more can be added.
