Who uses it

There are three roles, and each sees a different version of the app.

The host company (the program): the business paying for referrals. Their staff review new referrals, approve partner businesses, mark jobs as paid, set reward amounts, and fund the wallet.

Partner business owners: for example the person who owns Joe's Plumbing. They join a program, sign a W-9, add their crew, and receive the larger payout when a referred job is completed.

Workers: the techs on the truck. They submit referrals from a job site in about thirty seconds and receive a gift card when a referral is accepted.

One person can wear more than one hat: staff at one company, an owner at another, a worker at a third. The same phone number works across all of them.
